Start with some hatha yoga followed up with a combination of restorative and yin poses that are held for longer periods of time to target the connective tissues, and finishing with a calming, guided relaxation. The slower and more passive style encourages flexibility and complete relaxation. Please bring 2 blocks and 2 blankets with you to class, you can borrow these from the studio if needed. .
