Hatha yoga is a gentler and slower paced practice where will focus on improving our strength, balance, and flexibility. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed. Hatha yoga is a terrific place for beginners to start, or those that simply prefer a slower pace. Also appropriate for those that may need special consideration for health conditions or joint and mobility issues. Ability to get up and down from the floor is required. Two yoga blocks and a strap are recommended for this class, you can borrow these from the studio if needed.
