Slow flow yoga is a mix of hatha and vinyasa style classes where you will flow with the breath through a series of postures, improving strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and stamina. This class is a slightly faster pace than our regular hatha classes with more up and down from the floor. Some yoga experience is recommended for this class style. Two yoga blocks are recommended for this class, you can borrow these from the studio if needed.
