Our bodies work best when we are able to move easily and without restriction. Life however often causes movement limitations that need to be addressed so our bodies can move better. Utilizing a combination of chair yoga, flowing movement, longer held stretches, and foam rolling/fascia release techniques, this class will work on both your mobility and flexibility to help you move better in your day-to-day life.
